Terms and conditions Displays are for hire only unless stated; loss or damage will be charged for, including the hire charge. During the period of hire the hirer is solely responsible for the hired goods and must insure against all risks until the item/s is collected. Prices include delivery and collection to and from your stand. Prices include re-order 15% exhibitor’s discount. Pre-order 15% discount only applies on orders that are completed and paid for 2 weeks prior to the show. All prices are subject to VAT for companies based in the UK. Vat reg. number is required for companies based in the EU for VAT exemption. Prepayment is required we accept cheque (made payable to Oldacre), bank transfer and all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Payment by foreign cheques incurs an additional handling fee of £25.00. Payment made by international bank transfer incurs an additional handling fee of £15.00

The customer shall be entitled to terminate the contract at any time by giving not less than 28 days written notice to the supplier. Should the customer cancel the contract for the provision of the service less than 28 days before the date specified in the customer requirement confirmation the supplier will charge 25%. For orders cancelled within 7 days of the show date will be charge 50% and within 48 hours the cancellation fee will be 75% of the total order.
